Volunteer Orientation: Bike Refurb Mechanic Volunteer [2/19/2025]

Utilize your mechanical skills to help repair and refurbish bikes for those who need them most! This Volunteer Orientation is open to volunteers who have at least basic bike mechanic skills to support our Bikes For All campaign as ‘Bike Refurb Mechanic Volunteers.’ Registration is required here.

At our orientation session, you will learn about volunteering with BNB, have a mechanic assess your mechanic skills, and determine the best match between your skillset and our needs. Following orientation, you will be able to sign up for volunteer shifts. Shifts will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 12 to 3 (early shift) or 3:30 to 6:30 (late shift).

Commitment

We are seeking volunteers who are able to commit to two to four shifts a month, for three months, with the option to stay on longer if interested.
