December’s edition of Streetwise will feature BNB’s CEO Elijah Evans, giving a talk titled “Bridging the Gap: Youth-Led Advocacy for Safer Streets.” Elijah will discuss the history of youth-centered community organizing at Bikes Not Bombs, and the lessons we can use for mobility justice and advocacy for safer streets.

STREETWISE (formerly Bike Talk)- a monthly speaker series with the goal of sharing wisdom on the path to complete streets. The renewed series is co-sponsored by the Somerville Bicycle Advisory Committee and the Somerville Alliance for Safe Streets and is back in person at Aeronaut Brewery in Somerville and occurs on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM.
