Thank you to the entire BNB community that supported this year’s Bike-A-Thon.

On September 8th, 386 enthusiastic riders and 46 teams rode for social change in the 37th annual Bike-A-Thon! This year’s riders were supported by over 1,750 community members who donated generously to BNB and over 140 volunteers. Together we raised over $181,000! 

Riders left throughout the morning, with a special send-off for our 10-mile ride from City Councilors Ruthzee Louijeune and Ben Weber. They returned in the afternoon for a delicious meal catered by local restaurant Jamaica Mi Hungry, a community partner expo featuring local non-profits, and music by The Boston Music Project, JP Honk and Darren Fenty on steel pan drums! This event also would not be possible without the help of many community sponsors who donated time and money and materials to make this event happen. Thank you!

It was a wonderful day for Bike Not Bombs’ friends, youth, staff, volunteers, and supporters to come together to build a more just, equitable, and sustainable world, from the ground up.
