Youth Apprentice

Part-time, 25 hours per week

We are currently accepting applications for our 2026 Summer cohort of Youth Apprentices. 

As a Youth Apprentice, you will support BNB’s transportation equity initiatives: learning basic bike mechanics, supporting community-based bike events, campaigning for safer streets, and more. You will also attend career exploration and development workshops, including financial empowerment and professional development topics.

How to Apply

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be aged 14-18 during the employment period
• Must be a full-time resident of the City of Boston
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Available to work 25hours per week between June 23rd and August 29th
