We are thrilled to announce Elyse Oliver as the inaugural recipient of our Pedal Power award at Bikes Not Bombs. Elyse embodies our organization's core values of equity, youth empowerment, and collaboration through her leadership approach, which blends wisdom, compassion, humor, and authenticity. Her commitment to continuous learning and expanding her perspective sets her apart as a true role model within our team. This Spring, Elyse completed the Institute for Nonprofit Practice’s Community Fellows program, further investing in her own growth as a leader.
