Volunteer Orientation: Volunteer Bike Instructor [4/16/2025]
April 16 @ 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Share your love of biking by teaching basic riding skills to others in the community with Bikes Not Bombs! Attend this Volunteer Orientation session to learn more about this role and what we’re hoping to accomplish together.
At our orientation session, you will learn about volunteering with BNB, hear about our Learn to Ride program, and determine the best match between your skillset and our needs. Following orientation, you will be able to sign up for volunteer shifts. Shifts will be on the first Saturdays of the month, with additional dates added in the summer as needed.
Our first orientation session for this role is on Wednesday April 16th, 6 to 7pm at Bikes Not Bombs. Registration for this event is required here: sign up as a ‘General Volunteer’ for the Volunteer Orientation shift!

Must know how to ride a bike; teaching skills; pass a CORI background check; attend a volunteer orientation session.
Commitment
We are seeking volunteers who are able to commit to one Learn to Ride event per month, for three months, with the option to stay on longer if interested.
