Stay connected to the Shop...

Throughout the year, we offer free clinics every month on various topics. No registration is required to take the classes.

Some of the workshops are hands-on, though participants will not be working on their own bikes, so it is perfectly fine to come without one.  Please come dressed in clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.

We also offer open shop time at Adult Earn-A-Bike Alumni Night which is also open to BNB members but does require sign up ahead of time.

Clinic Descriptions

Flat Fixing Clinic
Learn how to remove a tire, patch a tube, and remount them on the rim.

Basic Maintenance Clinic
This clinic covers general cleaning and routine maintenance.  Questions encouraged!

Winter Commuting Clinic
Come learn the basics of commuting throughout the winter, what gear and supplies you might need!  (Offered November & December).

The above clinics are offered throughout the year. Check the calendar for current listings.

Bikes Not Bombs is also excited to host the group Femmechanics at the BNB Shop!  Femmechanics will be holding Grrrease Time, an open shop time for FTW (femme/trans/women) cyclists to learn more about bicycle mechanics on the second Monday of every month from 7-9pm.

At Grrrease Time FTWs can come in to use our tools and get advice from the volunteer leaders.  Please remember that not all projects can be completed in two hours, but all bikes must leave the Shop at the end of the evening.
