Hello riders!
Join us on our eighth ride in preparation for the 62 mile Bike-A-Thon route. While we encourage you to register for the Bike-A-Thon before joining us, you don't have to be registered to attend training rides! All are welcome.

We will be meeting at the BNB Hub (284 Amory St, Jamaica Plain) at 9am on Sunday, May 10. Be sure to drink plenty of water and 10-20oz of electrolyte replacement the night before to start off hydrated correctly. Bring LOTS of water and snacks, and be sure to also bring some electrolyte replacement like watered down Gatorade. The ride will be very taxing and you will need plenty of snacks and hydration to get you through!

Hello riders!
We have canceled the 55 mile training ride for this Saturday. Don't despair! We will still have more long training rides before the BAT, and there will be cue sheets taped to the door of the Hub for those wishing to embark on their own adventure. Be sure to be careful - as always, bike riding is at your own risk!

While we encourage you to register for the Bike-A-Thon before joining us, you don't have to be registered to attend training rides! All are welcome.

Be sure to drink plenty of water and 10-20oz of electrolyte replacement the night before to start off hydrated correctly.
