Hello riders!
Join us on our sixth ride in preparation for the 62 mile Bike-A-Thon route. While we encourage you to register for the Bike-A-Thon before joining us, you don't have to be registered to attend training rides! All are welcome. We will be meeting at the BNB Hub (284 Amory St) at 9am on Sunday, April 26. Temperatures will be in the 80's, so expect to sweat a lot. That means expect to drink a lot! The night before, be sure to have a couple of glasses of water before going to bed after eating a hearty dinner. You MUST bring water and a way to replace electrolytes - watered down gatorade works well. Be sure to bring plenty of snacks (energy bars, pretzels, energy gels - things that are easy for your body to digest) to eat in small quantities along the way. The route can be viewed here.
